So, SAT scores came in today and I'm not incredibly ecstatic. I made a 1970 on the online practice test and an essay score of 8, so I was expecting nothing less than 1800. I scored a composite score of 1760.
Critical Reading 610 83%
Math 500 45%
Writing 650 90%
Multiple Choice 71 (score range: 20-80)
Essay 6

I make straight A's and have a weighted GPA of 4.3 and an unweighted GPA of 4.0. I will graduate in 2014 with 4 or 5 honors (I can't recall at the moment, it's been a long day). I have been homeschooled since the 7th grade with the A Beka curriculum and will actually graduate with a diploma (will get to have an actual graduation as well in Pensacola, FL at the school). Everything is accredited, obviously, and is a pretty advanced curriculum with BUCKET LOADS of work. I'm not sure how colleges look at being homeschooled or on the A Beka curriculum. I currently have my own photography business (est. 2011) and would like to major in photography, but am very well aware that is not a very safe area to depend on for a constant income for life. So, I'd like to double major in Criminal Justice and photography (if not, minor in photography, as having a degree is not detrimental to my photography career). I'm stuck between UGA and KSU (as KSU is closer to home and I could commute daily, as UGA is 2 hrs away) What are my chances of getting into UGA? Also, is my SAT score ok? (Note that I am awaiting for my ACT scores to come in, if I didn't fair any better in those, I'll definitely be retaking the SAT!)
