Chances of getting into USC (Transfer)?

I am a currently attending a California community college and I hope to transfer my sophomore year into USC’s Marshall School of Business. My overall college GPA is a 4.0, I have taken all the recommended classes, and I will have 33 units by the end of this semester. My mom is an alumni from USC, will this help my chances?

Thank you for reading!

USC will likely evaluate your HS record (including standardized tests) as well as you one year at CC.

Since I have over 30 units, they don’t look at my high school transcript and don’t require SAT or ACT.

Great USC transfer thread to get involved in, very helpful posters over here:

Hello.
I am also currently attending a California Community College who hopes to transfer in as a sophomore. I am a Communications major who has filled up most of the GEs and will have a total of 35 credits by the end of the spring semester. I am in the honors program with a 4.0 - President’s List. I also have several volunteer and internship experiences. However, I have not finished the last prerequisite for English. Will this affect my chances?

I’m pretty sure its required to have their equivalent for WRIT130! I would call to double check though! Btw, sorry for the late reply. @dreamschool211

@dreamschool211 Ya, I agree, get that writing class done (even this summer if you can) so you can have it on your app (or add it if already done by letting your area rep know you did it or are taking it). Try your post here too:
