Chances of getting into UW-Seattle?

I want to go to UW. I've wanted to study in Seattle for years. I love the rain (I know how it works :D) and it's just more my speed than the Idaho "city" where I live now. I'm going into my junior year. I messed up my GPA Freshman year, when I earned a measly 2.6 Unweighted GPA. My school will weight my GPA this year though. I earned a 3.5 Unweighted GPA this year. My completed honors classes include 3 semesters of Honors English and 2 Semesters of Honors History. This year I will be in AP English and AP History along with Chemistry and a college history class. I also am starting my third year in high school band and my second year in high school jazz band. I am starting my 3rd season on swim team, and we are starting a water polo team. I will be the Women's Junior Co-Captain for both, becoming the Senior Co-Captain when I become a senior. I also am starting my 3rd year of Seminary, a religious class for students of my faith (Mormon) which is prominent in my area. I regularly perform service on my year-round swim team and with my church. I have also held leadership positions in my church's yourth group. I am currently employed at an athletic club where I teach swimming lessons and coach swim team. I will be taking the SAT this April as a requirement for graduation and most likely will take the ACT shortly after that. I plan on taking AP English, AP History, College Algebra, and either AP Chem or AP Bio as a senior along with continuing participation in band , jazz band, my swimming teams and water polo teams, community service and my current employment. Note that I struggle with math, which is why my GPA is a little low. I earn A's in everything except math! How are my chances as it stands now? What do I need to do to increase my chances of getting in? (SAT Scores, advanced courses, etc.)

UWA: Aim for 1950+/28+ (can you pay full-freight?)
