I have low act score and a decent GPA
I received a 22 on my act test and I have a 3.8 GPA. Do I have a chance of getting into howard?

Also I applied early action. And received a message saying I might be missing some documents. When I asked if there was a way to Indicate what documents I was missing if any they said they will let me know at a later date.
3 months later and I haven’t heard from them. Do they send an email when you have all you documents in and your aplication is complete?

I’m just soooo nervous
