I’ve scored a 800 on math Level 2 and Physics. And 2100 on SAT. Harvard, MIT, Stanford, Caltech? Any in sight for me?
Grades?
10th 91
11th 80
Achievements before 9th grade are taken into consideration if they are at an international level?
What’s the best I could get with these scores? And what if my SAT score was 2200?
^We also need to know your extracurricular activities, because Ivy Leagues implement something called a “holistic admission” which considers all aspects of an application. Are you an international applicant?
Yes. From India.
Soccer Nationals U-17
Guitar Grade 1
I have a few more, which are national and international level but before my 9th grade. Will that be considered?
And by extra curricular activities, just the ones for which I have certificates or my hobbies as well?
And one more, I tried few mock tests. ACT 34 odd and SAT 2200 odd. What’s better?
Your grades are going to be a big problem. Test scores are good but you would need 3.85 or higher UW to generate much interest
@Wje9164be Sorry but what’s UW?
World Maths Day? I hope you’re aware of it. I was 7th, 9th and 4th (2 million participants approx ) for 3 years before my 9th grade though.
And there was this All India Abacus (Math) competition. I stood first. Again before my 9th grade.
Will ^ boost my profile?
^Maybe. As an international applicant, it is going to be extremely hard for you to get in…like less than 1% chance. So you should have several international achievements at least.
@JuicyMango Yeah, I understand. These are like the Besttt. But which universities can I get a bit smoother?
UCB, G Tech, Cornell etc?
