Chances of ivy (or similar elite college)

My parents are urging me to apply to several elite schools since I got accepted to my safety schools already. I personally don't believe I will get into any of them, but I could be wrong so having people chance me might help. The schools my parents are making me apply to are: Stanford, Carnegie Mellon, Princeton, U Chicago, and MIT.

Pros:
1. I will have 30 credits at a local state college before graduating high school. I have A's and A-'s in college courses such including as multivariable calculus and differential equations.
2. I volunteer 7 hours a week in my schools writing center tutoring peers.
3. I have passed 4 AP exams with a 3 or higher (including the calc BC exam so I guess that counts as two?)
4. I volunteer 3 hours every weekend teaching 7th graders algebra 1
5. I am the captain of my schools swim team
6. I am the captain of my schools nationally recognized chess team. And was a scoring member on my 2nd in nationals team 2 years ago.
7. Both of my parents are immigrants
8. I am Hispanic.
9. I am a member of my schools National Honors Society.
10. I have two more AP exams to take this year.
11. I have 3 very strong letters of rec, one of which being from someone with a doctorate in concert piano.

Cons:
1. I only got a 28 on the ACT (Math was my weakest subject because I haven't done precalc in 3 years and geometry in 4).
2. My GPA is a 3.4 UW
3. I have failed 4 AP exams.
4. I am only in AP Spanish my Senior year.

What do you guys think? Could I make it into any of those schools? They seem to think affirmative action will work miracles, but i'm hesitant.

Well, your GPA and ACT are rather low, especially because Math should have been your highest on the ACT since you’re so far advanced in Math. Try to retake it if you can. I would also consider not reporting AP scores. Failing 4 shows that you didn’t put in much effort. All that being said, you might as well apply if you have the money for it.

AP scores are not a factor if you don’t report them. Literally no one will care! So I wouldn’t let that con stop you at all…

hmm… i feel like you are one who is being pushed to hard my their parents, and kind of lack passion for yourself… your act will not get you into a school like that… taking multi variable and have math as your weakest portion on the act is kinda strange… tell your parents to drop their standards a little bit…

What are you looking to study? The ACT isn’t really high enough for any, but intended major might make it easier/harder to get in depending.

I think the college As outweigh the high school gpa and ACT. I think you have a chance.
That’s a lot of college credits!
