Prob not with the SAT and the fact that your Asian.

Asians are expected do better academically according to colleges.

What would be a goal ACT score to make up for my SAT? because I do plan to take both tests

Also, would the fact that I take a Medical Technology class help?

I had an 1830 on my SAT, but the other kids from my high school that also got in had SAT’s about the same as your’s. If you really want to go to PSU, and you’re really really worried, I would apply as a different and easier major to get into (though you REALLY shouldn’t have a problem) and then change it once you get there.

You could also check the box that says you’ll opt for a summer semester if you get in at ANY of the PSU campuses and then transfer to UPark. But honestly, you really should be fine.
