Chances of Merit Aid Somewhere!

Hi everyone. I was wondering if you think there is any chance that I will recieve merit aid to any of the schools I am applying to (BC, UNC, JHU, Duke, Rice, Vanderbilt, USC, UChicago, UVA, W&M, W&L) based on my stats. Sorry that list is extensive!
I plan to major in Political Science.
I attend a roughly 2000 student, highly ranked suburban high school in Michigan. I'm a white female. My school doesn't rank, but based on GPA they have told me that I'm at least top 7.5 percent?
Unweighted GPA: 4.0
Weighted GPA: 4.21
ACT Score: 35
Courseload: 3 Honors, 2 HL IBs, 1SL IB, 2 APs
5 on AP U.S. Gov. Plan to test for AP Euro, IB English, and IB World in the spring.
Extracurriculars:
Varsity Swimmer all 4 years, 2 year captain, conference team qualifier, winner of teamwork award, scholar athlete for 3 years
I do a lot of social justice work. Attended a program at U of M for it, spoke at large conferences and presented to the school board to start a Social Dialogues class at my school, which worked. I'm taking the class this year :)
Internship at a law office summer before junior year
Lifeguard and head swim coach for 3 years at a swim club
Volunteer service credit on transcript for over 100 hours in a year
Teacher's aide helping second graders all year
Assistant swim coach for the middle school swim team
Founding member and Vice President of Politics Club at my school
Relay for Life Team Captain, winner of best Rookie Team award
Secretary of the youth group at my church which has assisted with many fundraisers
I have many more, but the Common App only cares about 10 sadly.
Recommendations should be strong and my cousin is a professional college essays guy so he will help me out in that department.
Anyone with similar stats get anything from anywhere on my list? Thank you so much for taking the time to read this and reply. :)
