Chances of out-of-state transfer to UCSD, UCLA

Hi,

I wanted to know my chances of successfully transferring to the schools mentioned. I will be applying for
Computer Science. GPA: 3.5
SAT: 1540/1600
and I have a lot of meaningful/great EC and LORs.

Let me know your thoughts pls ! Also, if y’all could let me know how can I further improve my application, thus improve my chances.

Sorry edited: Just noticed you are a transfer. Will you have a minimum 60 semester/90 quarter units by Spring 2018? SAT scores are not considered for Junior level transfers.

Have you checked to make sure you courses are UC transferable?

UC’s are very GPA focused so your College GPA will be the most important part of your application.

LOR’s are not accepted for Transfers and CS will be tough.

You have low priority for transfers. In-state CC then UC to UC and CSU to UC, 4 year in-state privates followed by OOS transfers. Can you pay $60K/year to attend with no financial aid?

Here is a link for UC Transfer GPA by campus and major to give you an idea of your chances:

Can you afford to be full pay, $50,000/year? No financial aid for OOS students at the UC’s.
