Chances of Rollins acceptance?

<p>Hi, I just recently applied to Rollins College in Winter Park. I'm just curious about what other people think my chances are in getting accepted?</p>

<p>So far I've applied to Stetson University, Eckerd College, and Rollins College. I was accepted at Stetson and Eckerd!</p>

<p>Stetson allowed me to not submit my SAT/ACT scores, which was nice because I'm not a good test taker. Rollins has allowed me to do the same, but instead I had to submit a 1 Min. Youtube video or 6-8 powerpoint slides about myself....I did the power point because I knew I could say more in 6-8 slides than the video......I also mentioned in my powerpoint I was accepted to Stetson and Eckerd.</p>

<p>I'm a dual enrollment student currently, I only take college classes and I'll have my AA when I graduate high school....My grades aren't perfect, mainly because I work a lot to help my family (About 24-30hrs a week)...My current GPA is 3.13 Unweighted...& 4.89 weighted.</p>

<p>Thoughts? Are my chances decent? I know Rollins is ranked #1 in the south my us news, Stetson was ranked #5.</p>

<p>Normak, I think your chances for Rollins are excellent, especially if your essay was articulate and explained your “mitigating circumstances”. I’m not sure I would have put in the powerpoint about the Stetson and Eckerd acceptances though. Have you visited all of the schools? They are all excellent options, but each definitely has a different vibe.</p>
