Chances of Transfer?

<p>Hey everyone,</p>

<p>I'd like to know the chances of transfer for a student at a low-tier UC (i.e. UCR, UCSC, or UCSB) transferring to UCLA. Is there a chance if said student (hah, me!) maintains, say, a 4.0? I've never heard of people transferring from low-tier UCs to UCLA, so I'm not sure of the chances.</p>

<p>I got in yesterday from UCSB. I guess miracles really do happen. I have a 3.35 gpa.</p>
