Chances of transfering to Michigan State?

In high school I did not take education seriously and did not quite know what I wanted to do after it. Due to this, my grades were:

Average GPA: 2.5
ACT: 22

I am now in a community college and over the past two semesters I have done a complete 180. I have developed a love for school and now have these grades:

First Semester: 3.75
Estimate Second Semester: 3.5 (I am taking more difficult classes. I should note that I am still taking these courses, so second semester grades obviously weren't sent in with my application. I do not however know if MSU could see the courses I was in my transcripts, which would help in terms of schedule strength.)

Other info (Added to application):
I have worked as a Production Assistant on a feature film
I have taken part in a 4 week film camp, living alone in LA
I had a short novel published in grade school
I earned 3 varsity letters in high school
I had received 2 academic excellency awards for Film and Computer Applications in high school.

I believe that I will eventually get in to MSU if I keep up the pace, but do you think that I can be accepted for Fall '10?

Bump. Any responses would be appreciated.

I don’t know too much about MSU, but you seem like you did a great job at your community college and participated in a whole bunch of things; I can’t see why they wouldn’t want you.
