What are my chances of getting in?

I'm very interested in attending as a transfer student after I attend a community college for two years, but my credentials are a little bit below the average student's.

As of right now I have a 3.21 GPA (I don't believe that is weighted) and received a 25 on my ACT, my strong point being a 31 in the reading section.
I'm currently in my second semester of my senior year and taking 3 AP classes(Gov't, English Literature, English Language) and doing very well in them, and teachers have noticed. I've received numerous awards and pins for academic success.

I also enjoy assuming leadership roles.
I am the percussion section-leader in the marching band, editor-in-chief for the school newspaper, and I have assumed a leadership role as a member of the yearbook staff. I am hard-working and put in many hours after-school for both the newspaper and yearbook.

My GPA is a little low because I didn't do very well in math classes as an underclassman. I'm now taking a financial math class with an A-, though, and I plan on retaking an algebra class online that I received a D+ in to boost my GPA. My grades have had an upward trend, and I've been getting straight A's since the beginning of my junior year except for just a few B's.

What are my chances of getting in, considering I'll be attending GRCC first? Will grades from my freshman and sophomore years of high school not be considered as much?
Thank you for reading!

Honestly, there is really no way of knowing until you complete a semester or two of CC. If you’re intent on transferring though, go right away to the counselors at GRCC and make sure that you take classes that transfer.
