Chances of transfering to Northwestern

So I've decided to apply to the Medill School of Journalism (competitive, I know) but I'm wondering what my chances are of getting in. My GPA is ~3.4, but I have participated in a multitude of extracurricular activities such as Speech & Debate Club, Model United Nations, the Muslim Student Association, (and more) as well as have been working two jobs while being a full-time student for the past three years (and yes, I don't have a social life in case you were wondering). I was wondering how important Northwestern considers extracurriculars in comparison to one's GPA.

Also, I don't know if anybody has the answer to this question; but is it required for transfers from a community college to take either the SAT or ACT in order to apply for Northwestern?. I did not take the traditional route of graduating high school either, I left high school early and later took the GED. Would the GED scores required as well? And would I still have to send in a transcript of my high school grades?

I'm also applying to USC, NYU, UC Berkeley, and perhaps Cornell.

Answers to any of my questions are sincerely appreciated!
