Chances of transferring into Texas A&M?

I'm wondering what my chances are of getting into A&M as a transfer student for spring 2014.
I started my undergrad at North Texas as a Biology major, and I was taking challenging classes such as calculus, chemistry and biology. I made a 3.6 (Dean's List) fall semester and a 2.9 my spring (I was more "social" spring semester.) I retook chemistry over the summer to cover my C with a B.

Now I attend a community college this fall to get all my basics out of the way and raise my grades.
I would be applying as an Allied Health major because I want to eventually apply for nursing school. The only downfall is that they now require Finite math and business cal to be admitted, and I only took regular calculus, algebra and statistics. I spoke to an admissions councilor and he said that although those math classes were "preferred", I could still take the $75 chance to apply and see what happens.

My stats:
Currently a 3.3 GPA undergrad (I'm a sophomore)
I graduated top 25%
28 ACT (28 math, 30 reading, 30 writing)
1760 SAT (600 math, 580 reading, 580 writing)
I have an awesome rec letter from an alumni that works in the higher-ups at the school district I went to.

My extracurriculars would be sports and I took AP and dual credit classes. I was in a sorority (time consuming) my freshman year of college and did a lot of community service and such with that.

I am honestly so nervous. I never applied to TAMU my senior year out of fear of not getting admitted. Now I want nothing more than to finish my undergrad as an Aggie.

Any help/past experience with their admissions would be appreciated!
