A&M Transfer Admissions

Hey guys,

I'm kinda new at this so if I do something wrong or word something weird, please feel free to correct me or give me some pointers.

I am a student at LoneStar right now but have attended classes at Blinn-College station for a year. After living their for a year and getting the feel for everything around the campus and inner campus life I really want to be apart of the community and get my degree from A&M.

I have to admit my High School years weren't that great and I was def. not in the top 10% or the 30%. In college tho I have bumped up my schooling and am now a A B student with a GPA of 3.6-3.8. I have around 21 hours right now and by the ending of this semester I will have 34 and I will be applying around January for admission. I have a lot of community service and I currently am SGA-Senator and Chair of the events committee.

I plan to transfer into May's but I have heard to externally trasnfer in it is very hard. I have also heard that maybe doing undergraduate studies and finishing some business course requirements and transfer internally after a year or so?

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Thanks
