Chances of transferring to Duke

Hello,
High School GPA: 90/100
SAT I: 1940 (650 M, 640 CR, 650 W) first sitting (will retake in June), Math I: 720, Bio: 720.
International Student who fully speaks 4 languages (Spanish, English, Hebrew, French).
EC: Won't list but they're quite good and participated in one of them at international level.
Intended major: Biology with pre-med courses
Income: >USD 150000 a year
High School rank: 11 out of 100 (My HS is the toughest in my country, it normally sends graduates to Schools like MIT, Harvard, Princeton and has an arrangement with the University of Miami where we automatically get admitted if we have a GPA of 82.5/100 or better).

I was accepted to Boston U, Brandeis, Rensselaer PI, UC San Diego and Georgia Tech. All for Biomedical Engineering and Biology (Brandeis) but now I'm not entirely sure I want to go to those universities because I feel that I didn't try hard enough in the SAT. However, I know that I could maintain and GPA over 3.5 in any of these schools (maybe except GaTech). I'm considering declining these acceptance offers to do another SAT in June or April (not enough time to study for a 2100+ since my HS coursework is really hard as we graduate after 11th grade cause we learn all the JR and SR year's materials in one year). Do you guys consider I have a shot at Duke with my current stats and a better SAT or should I enroll in one of these universities and then try my luck transferring? If I decline these offers, I would go to a 1 year long leadership seminary in Israel.

** Excuse my grammar, I'm writing for my ipod.

you do not have a good chance at duke. your sat is far to low. but try anyway. good luck

Thanks for the advice. I recon that my current SAT is not even close to the 25th percentile, that’s why I want to take it in June to see if I can crack the 2100 barrier. My problem with math is that I suck at graphs with functions and my SAT had like 12 graph questions so left them blank.
