Transfer Chances from a tier 3 school

<p>I am currently a freshmen at the University of Central Florida, I intend to major in mechanical engineering. By the end of my summer semester at UCF I will have slightly over 60 credits and plan on maintaining around a 3.8 GPA. How are my chances for being accepted? My EFC is also 0, how generous is Duke regarding financial aid?</p>

<p>My Highshool transcript isn't specatular by any means.</p>

1380/1600 SAT</p>

<p>I was considering retaking the SATs for a 1450+, would they even look at SATs taken during the course of my freshmen year at UCF.</p>

<p>Again I plan to maintain atleast a 3.8 GPA, do you think that I have chance as a Fall 2009</p>

<p>bumping this because I'm curious about his chances...for other reasons.</p>
