Well, I'm thinking about transferring to Stanford from Parsons the New School for Design (Project Runway, anyone? haha) next year. I took Stanford's summer courses when I was a high school junior and felt those classes I took and people I met absolutely changed my way of seeing things. I did a little a bit of research and found that people who got in are either rockstars from community college or rockstars from top universities. So I'm just wondering how will this Parsons thing work. Will it effect my application if I am transferring from an art school, and in a good or bad way?

Oh, and my HS grades are not bad actually. Top 5%. GPA 93 out of 100 (unweighted). Took AP Stat, AP Calc BC, AP Phy B and C, AP Econ(Macro&Micro), AP Bio. ECs are mostly focused on art with some other things like being interpreter and TAs, nothing too special. ACT Composite 30 (yeah, I'm preparing to work on that again.), English 28, Math 35, Reading 28, Science 29.

So... what are my chances?

(And good luck with anyone waiting for this year's decision!)
