Hi guys,
I'm currently a sophomore at UC Davis(Computer Science Major) and I'm applying to transfer to USC as a Computer Science with an emphasis in Games major for Fall 2014. I would like to know my chances of getting in.

I currently have a 3.77 cummulative GPA and 3.80 Major GPA with 70 units(50 something units are transferrable). I did not do too well on my SATs(1720) but, I'm hoping they won't hinder my chances too much. I've scored in the 95th percentile in all of my Computer Science classes here at Davis(I asked my professors) and I'm currently ranked 133/1714 here at UCD amongst all the sophomore class. Here are my extracurricular activities:

1) Dragon Boat - Participated in Dragon Boat for 3 years in high school. Won around 5 gold, 3 silver and 1 bronze medals. This water sport took around 9 hours/week and I did it for around 32 weeks/year.

2) Developed and co-founded a social website that makes second-hand trading safer and more convenient, was lead programmer in charge of the efficiency and structure of the website. Used languages such as JavaScript and PHP to create the website.

3) Individual Application Developer - Teamed up with a fellow colleague and used Construct 2 to develop video game applications for the Microsoft Store at Microsoft hosted hackathons at Davis. Developed a total of 20 applications that can be viewed on and downoaded from the Windows 8 Microsoft Store.

4) Intel's Ultimate Engineering Experience - Pitched an application idea in front of a board of investors which resulted in second place in an application development competition. Designed and developed a video game application using HTML 5 and JavaScript that provided an engaging and educational experience for the user.

5) Computer Science Tutor - Tutored three students in various C/C++ programming courses and two students in a data structures and algorithms class, all of my students received A's in their respective classes.

Thanks a lot!
