-want to apply EDII but can't for financial reasons; if i talk about how i wanted to apply ED (becasue tufts is my first choice) will that help?</p>

<p>dude...i'm also moved from the ukieland like when i was 11..amm i got 1970 on sats.....97gpa uw.....few but very solid EC....and was right in. I didnt really play the ukraine card....xept mentioning it in the diversity section. I think ull be fine.</p>
