<p>GPA: weighted 3.987
unweighted 4.675</p>
<p>SAT1: 1820 (690 M, 570 R, 560 W) I'm retaking it hopefully to get close to 2000 range
SAT2: I took Math IIC, Biology M, and Chemistry (I don't know the scores yet)
ACT: 27</p>
<p>Major: Music Performance and Biomedical Engineering (Biology possibly)</p>

<p>For Mentorship-I work at NIEHS (National Institute for Environmental Health Sciences). I work in a lab with graduate students and professors to detect if a gene (Spanx-N4) affects cancer in patients, particular cancer research is prostate cancer.</p>

In 10th grade, I applied to go to North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics from my hometown school Rockingham County High School (small high school that didn't really have any challenges or prepare me for such a challenging school as ncssm) Will colleges take into account the change from one high school to another if they are on different levels of rigor and challenge</p>
