Can you chance me for UT, A&M, Penn State, Rice(pretty sure it's a huge reach), USC(Reach)?

Rice and USC- High Reach/Reject (your essays need to be very good to make up for your test scores)

UT (Austin, I presume?) You're so close to the top 10%, but I've heard that it's really hard to get in if you're not in the top 10%. You certainly have good enough stats to get in though with the exception of GPA, which is a bit low.

Penn State And Texas A&M- In, no doubt.

About what I expected...
I'm pretty sure I did well on my May SAT and am expecting at least a 2150. I'm 13 spots away from the top 10% in my school, so I'm going to work for straight A's next Year.
Thank you for your response!
