chances, please?

Okay, so I'll be a senior in a couple weeks (YIKES) & I'm still finalizing my final list of schools. Pretty sure I don't have a shot here, maybe if I apply ED? Anyways…

I'm a white girl from NJ, nationally ranked public school.
GPA: 3.84~3.86 UW (This is probably inaccurate & has/will go up, but my guidance counselor is no help ever whatsoever & I also don't know my W GPA, not that it matters much.)
SATI: M670, CR670, W690, 2030 (one sitting)
ACT: 30 composite (one sitting)
(I don't know my rank, but I'm assuming out of about 350-400 students I am in the top 10%, but I really have no clue until next school year.)

My sophomore year I took the all honors & honors as a freshman, although my school does not offer them to 9th graders. Junior & senior year I have taken all IB classes (History HL, Spanish HL, English HL, Math Studies SL, Environmental SL, Psych SL, TOK), plus AP Bio my senior year.

My ECs include championship Irish dancer since I was about 10 (highest level, regular top placements, performed at Carnegie Hall), I tutor an "at risk" little girl from a rough neighbor every Wednesday afternoon since spring 2010, I've had a part time job in customer service since early last summer, & have done various volunteering & community service over the years.
I'm involved in a student-run project to help build a girl's school in Afghanistan since junior year. (It's essentially leadership, because it's me & 3 other girls.)
Also, the usual clubs & whatnot, NEHS, NAHS, NSHS, NHS, photo club, environmental club, etc.

I know it's a long shot, more so since I don't even know my W GPA or rank… But I am very interested in going into med school and JHU has great opportunities. So, any shot at all, RD or ED?

Your SAT/ACT are a bit on the lower end. If you can get up to a 2200 on the SAT or a 33 on the ACT, you would have a much better chance.

ED is ur only shot I feel with you testing being in the 600s … Write great essays as they count a lot @ JH.
