Gpa last year was 3.4 but i'm getting all a's (92.5 or above) thus far this year, my sats were 1280 out of two, 1940 with essay, little to no extracariculars, i am from pittsburgh and go to a very competitive catholic school with about 70 students per grade so i'm probably in the bottom half of my class, I am full-IB (similar to AP), plenty of service hours, white male by the way, my dad graduated from pitt if that helps, so chances and any tips undergrads might have will b much appreciated

hi, i hate to bring bad news, but i just got rejected from pitt, i have a cumulative 3.3 GPA, i’m not on the IB program - i’ve only taken one AP class. 25 ACT score. my extra circulars were really good, and i too had plenty of service hours. I go to a private all girls catholic school…also very competitive. i was accepted to bradford, but they don’t even have my major.

good luck. i hope you get in. best wishes.
