I would like to know what my chances of admission would be for the aforementioned colleges. Thanks in advance!
P.S. If you have any other college recommendations I would love to hear them as long as they’re in New England/ Northeast U.S.
I plan to major in Economics or Political Science by the way.
Get the SAT score up significantly. My nephew had. 4.24 weighted GPA, 3.89 UW and a 1310 on the SAT. He got in to Holy Cross (didn’t send test scores) but was rejected by Colgate and Bucknell. If I’m not mistaken, Trinity is also test-optional.
Thank you so much I appreciate it!
Do you think that I would get accepted into Holy Cross as I currently stand?
There is a thread on here about RD Holy Cross for 2017-you should read through that and see where you stand. I would say you have a good chance if you don’t send the test scores, but there is really no way to know other than applying. Good luck
It is likely your SAT will go up in junior year because you will have learned more math concepts by the time you take it. I agree with @Emsmom1 though about sending/not sending scores. Only send scores to test optional schools if they are at the high end or above of the mid 50 range.
