I'm just a little stressed because I have not received any admission decisionfrom UCSD,USC, and UPENN. One of my classmates got accepted into USC last week, and I have not received anything. Anyways, what do you think are my chances to get in if:

SAT 1 (math 520, CR 480, Writing 510)
SAT 2 (Math 2c 520, Molecular Bio 520, Spanish Language 800)
ACT Composite 19
GPA Unweighted: 3.666
GPA Weighted: 3.72

Awards: Principal's Honor Roll (since freshman year)

Accomplishments: I arrived to this country right before five or six weeks before the end of the first semester of freshman year. When I entered high school, I was unable to speak English; I was placed in English Language Development classes, but in less than two years, I moved from this level of english to the college prep level of English.

My teachers say that this accomplishment is going to help me get in these schools.
What do you guys think about my "accomplishment" and probability of getting accepted into these colleges?

I think you should read more threads on here.
A lot of people have amazing stats without even being in an english speaking country.
Even if your english isn't good, it doesn't excuse you from a 520 on math, math2 and bio(well, maybe bio).
And when you are "placed" in english development class, you should just switch out despite what your counselors say. SO that you can challenge yourself in a real english class.
Maybe it's because i have been on here for too long and that's why your stats look bad. But i would think that even in non-CCers your stats is probably average at best.
Best of luck, i really don't think you got anything on UPENN

USC and UCSD are going to be nearly impossible. I would look at mid-lower ranked UC's such as Santa Cruz and Riverside. You deffiantlhy have a good shot at Santa Cruz and will likely get into Riverside. Irvine/Santa Barbara/Davis are going to be tough. UPenn is also going to be impossible. You have a solid GPA, but your SAT's are going to hurt your chances, especially for high ranked schools like UPenn, UCSD, and USC. Deffiantly apply to UC Santa Cruz, UC Riverside, and UC Merced. And I would also apply to UC Irvine, UC Santa Barbara, UC Davis. You might get into one of them, you never know. Also, if you are interested in being in Los Angeles or San Diego, Loyola Marymount and University of San Diego might also be realistic options. Best of luck!

not knowing anything else about you....it's kinda hard to judge. also, i live in Connecticut, and don't know how easy/hard cali state schools are if you live in cali.

however, advanced category for a freshman is impressive, and if you do that well on the real PSAT and then the SAT, you should be pretty good.

it really doesn't change anything, your SAT scores are reaallly low, maybe your essays are amazingly good though and will get you in...

ALSO, your not number 2 in the nation because three people ran sub 48.6 at NSIC last weekend INDOORS, meaning their outdoor time is faster....your retarded
