Chances to MIT, Stanford and Berkeley for an international student.

Hello thanks for taking some of your time to read this!!! You are awesome!

I'm really confused if it’s really impossible for an international student to enter MIT, Stanford or Berkeley.
I haven´t done the SAT neither ACT nor SAT Subject Test.

I will do SAT, ACT, SAT Subject Tests (Math 2, Chemistry, French) and TOEFL iBT.

I have a 4.0 GPA. I took a semester in Heidelberg, Germany. I went to 2 summer schools (Laval Université, Quebec City and Paris 1 Pantheon-La Sorbonne, Paris).
I´m always in the Honor Role.
I´ve participated in an International Math Contest and got a distinct recognition and diploma.
I got second in my school’s Science Faire.
I've taken extra curses in my school (not AP because there´s not).
I speak 4 languages:
-English and Spanish (as first language).
-French (B2 level according to DELF)
-German (B1 or B2 level according to ÖSD)

I´m president of a Social and Ecological Student Group, where we help the needed once (with classes and basic needs), and we do some green activities (planting trees, green campaigns, ecology courses, etc..)
I´ve been STAFF in many events such as; Nick Vujicic Conference in my city, a Political Debate in my city, ASMUN in my city and many other minor events.
I´m part of other student groups in my school.
I participated in an ecological campaign at Phoenix Zoo.
I've done lots of hours of social service.

I practiced soccer, baseball, Tae Kwon Do (I won a State championship), basketball and box.
I practice Snowboard.
I´ve taken several Photoshop classes and presented some of my work in Art Galleries.
I´ve been part of a guitar quartet and played in my school.
I have a Radio Program in my school.
I´m part of the debate team.

And other minor extracurricular activities, so my questions are what I need to get in SAT, ACT, SAT Subject Tests (Math 2, Chemistry, French) to have a chance in this schools?

Do you think if I get good scores in the SAT, ACT, SAT Subject Tests (Math 2, Chemistry, French) would I have a chance to enter?

And in Georgia Tech, UMichigan Ann-Arbor, Carnegie Mellon, and UTexas-Austin.

THANKS!!!

major??,…

Electrical Engineering and Computer Science or Electrical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering - I’m planning to have two majors.
Thanks

Although chancing has a lot of speculations, but it is not fortune telling. Test scores are required. Otherwise, you just need to look at the acceptance rate of each school.

Well nice to meet you first!

You need a perfect SATscore, at least 2250. And a perfect critical reading score. You say you speak 4 languages so I recommand you to take AP german/french/spanish language(these are far more difficult than SAT language subject test). Then your academic advantages are perfectly presented!~ btw SAT2 math and chem are also important! Since you plan to major in engineering, you may need to take SAT2 physics(but it depends on colleges requirements. You need to check it on college website.)

Thanks! I really appreciate your opinion, I’ll do my best.
