Hi everyone. I'm a current freshman at GWU (George Washington University) and looking to transfer to an Ivy league school for my sophomore year. Looking for some feedback on whether I have a shot realistically. Target schools are the "lower-tier" Ivies like Brown, Dartmouth, Cornell, Penn, Columbia..also applying to Notre Dame, Duke and Vanderbilt.

Stats:
4.0 GPA @ GW (Likely going to be a Econ major or Poli-Sci...undecided)
B Student in AP classes in high school up until senior year where I received straight As in APs.
2200 SAT (760 CR, 740 W, 700 M)
Numerous ECs including an internship in Washington working for a congressional research division.

Do I have a realistic chance at any of these schools?

Yeah, you have decent chance. Did you get rejected from an ivy straight out of high school?

Thanks for responding…I never applied to any during high school. Any other opinions? Looking for feedback

I think you have a chance. Good GPA and SAT scores will help, they are all in the IVY range. Your SAT score is good because you scored well on all the sections, unlike some who scored an 800 on math and 680 on CR and W. This shows you are a well-rounded student. The internship will help increase your chances! I am confident you will get in both Duke and Cornell, and for the others I believe you have a good chance.
