Chances to transfer to Harvard

Hi guys! I just need an objective view. I am from Uzbekistan, and I wanted to apply for Harvard but I did not have enough time. I don't want to lose a year waiting for the next admission so I'll be attending KIMEP university this year.
What are my chances to transfer to Harvard, if:
SAT I: 2350+
ACT:35
SAT II: 750+ (US his,Math I(or bioology),Math II,French,Literature,world his)
GPA(unweighted)[in school]: 4.0 (out of 4)
GPA(unweighted)[in lyceum]: 4.0 (out of 4)
Work experience: not much but I am gonna get a job in KIMEP campus
Honors:none (we don't have various competitions here in Uzb, just a pair for undergrads)
Rec. letter: superb
Add. letter: outstanding

That's it. I know you've done a lot of these, but we don't even have a counselor here. That's why I need someone's opinion. I know that not having any honors may cause a real threat but it did not depend upon me. However, I really hope diversity and scores will be my advantage.
Thanks a lot in advance.

I guess you missed this recent post: [The Real 1%: Harvard Admits 15 Transfer Students | News | The Harvard Crimson](The Real 1%: Harvard Admits 15 Transfer Students | News | The Harvard Crimson)

“From a pool of 1,448 applicants, 15 students were admitted to Harvard College in the 2012 transfer admissions cycle, putting the acceptance rate for students who start their time at Harvard as sophomores or juniors at approximately 1 percent.”

So that means transfer applicants to Harvard have about a 1% chance; where you fit into that is anyone’s guess. If you are seeking to transfer to a school in the US, you should definitely broaden your search.

One question is, how competent is your school in your country? If it’s not in the top 5 or so, your chances are not the best regardless of your grades there.
