<p>Hey guys, Freshman at Fordham. Though it's only the first semester, I am already focused on transferring, so I'm trying to keep my grades as high as possible. Currently, as far as my midterm grades go, I have all As. Realistically I want to finish the semester with a 3.7 - 3.8 GPA, and im pretty sure if I keep up the way I've been doing I can definitely achieve that.</p>
<p>However, in HS my stats werent as stellar:
GPA- 3.6 in 8 APs
ACT: 30
SAT: 2040</p>
<p>so I got waitlisted/rejected from a bunch of my top choices.</p>
<p>ECs aside,based strictly off of stats; if I got a 3.8 first semester and sent in the apps for Fall 2011 to the following schools, what would my chances be:
1.NYU (CAS)
2.Emory
3.Carnegie Mellon
4.USC
5.U of M: Ann Arbor
6. UT Austin
7. Vanderbilt</p>
