chances-- ucla, more

no idea where i'm apply to yet.

but i'm considering a lot of places..
ucla, ucsd, ucsb, boston u, u of florida, tufts, american, george washington, northeastern, nyu, boston college..

i have more 'safeties' i've considered too, but i'm wondering what my real chances are at places like these. i know a few are real stretches.

gpa - 3.92, if i finish the year off with all As, which i should unless finals kill me, i'll have a 4.05 by the end of my junior year.

sats-
2040 composite.
reading 610
math 640
writing 790.
i've only taken them once, so those scores are all from the same test.
taking them again next week. subject tests in june.
i can maybe get my math score up? i got a 67 on my psats.

my transcript is essentially all A's and A-'s except for a B+ in a half-year (equivalent, we have block scheduling) social studies course, a B in AP english language, and a B+ in AP physics n/m.

other APs - AP calc ab, currently have an A, will at least get a 4, hopefully a 5 on exam, based on practice tests.
next year, AP spanish, AP stat, AP calc bc.

probably borderline top 10%.

no extracurriculars of significance.
member of spanish national honor society, but not active, although i am going to try to attend next year, as i am officially a member.
i have a job at marshalls where i've worked since october, average around 15 hours a week, although i've worked up to 30.

what do you guys think of the schools i've listed?
and any other suggestions?

[note-- im out of state, for all of them. dont wanna go too close to home.]

..

bump?

You should improve your sat scores and get more ec's of value.

i know, i know.

i'm shooting to raise my sats.

extracurriculars really are somewhat out of the question by now. and i'm just.. i'm too shy for that stuff, i don't know.

i'm more looking for what colleges people think i can shoot for with my current stats, though.

go out and do something you like to do. How is too shy an excuse for that?

i do do things i like to do.
i like photography.
i like to draw.
i mean, i like ski, there's a ski club, there's an art club, but like... i can't involve myself in organized activity so easily, especially now when all the members have already been members a few years. that's where it has to do with being shy. it's really not so simple a matter for me, alright?

i'm not whining.
this isn't an i need more extracurriculars threat.
i'm prepared to deal with the consequences, i know i can't get into harvard, i'm just wondering what is reasonable.
