<p>Hey whats up guys, im new here, Lotek21 saying hi to you all.</p>
<p>Well, basically im looking for answers and where else but a site called "college confidential" right...ok enough talking here's some scores: I have a 2.6 gpa, i slacked off quite a bit before senior year. now the outlook for my 1st quarter is that i have all A's, 2 AP classes. i working my tail off bc i know colleges look at course outlook and 1st quarter grades of senior year. And my SAT scores are sitting around 1100, but studying 2-3 hours a day 6 days a week and going to retake it in Nov, and its end of sept now basically. I have almost 90 hours of community service logged also.</p>
<p>So the question is, my chances looking good? i know they're mean score (40%) for SAT last year was 1200.</p>
<p>And does UB accept ACT scores, because i heard from some people they do and some say they dont, clear answer plz?</p>
<p>Some Extra Curriculars: </p>
<p>40 hours volunteering at a Hospital
15 Hours volunteering at a local playground camp
30 hours volunteering at a retirement home
High School Varsity Boys Swim Team since middle of Freshman year (got promoted from JV to V, middle of freshman year) and (will be doing it again senior year)
All League Award in Swimming, my Junior year.
Father owns a home business, i help him operate some small parts.
Swimming ever since 6th grade in competitive clubs, Niagara Swim League.</p>
