Chances/what do I need to improve for a high school Junior?

Would you guys let me know what you guys think I need to improve to get into the colleges I want to (which are UCLA, University of Illinois, University of Wisconsin @ Madison, possibly Brown, NYU, U Colorado @ boulder, etc.)? I'm a junior but already know what classes I'll be taking senior year, which are almost all APs. Here are my stats so far:
32 on ACT
3.3 unweighted GPA, 3.8 weighted. This is expected to get higher next year as I'll be taking like six APs which are obviously on a 5.0 scale.
AP Spanish language, AP Junior English, AP Studio art, AP Environmental science, AP Psychology, AP gov, AP Senior English, AP Calculus BC, AP macro economics, AP Human Geography, AP Spanish Literature, AP US History, AP Physics. All other classes I've ever taken have been accelerated, I've never taken a base level class. I have a ridiculous amount of fine arts credits, at least ten and counting. I'm a member of student council and debate team, and also participate in a club outside of school etc. I have a leadership position in student council and have over 200 volunteer hours. I'm worried that my Extracurriculars aren't well rounded enough & my GPA isn't high enough, though. Thoughts & chance me for the colleges I'm looking at? Thanks!

Do you live in CA?
Good luck with your APs, 6 is a lot to handle; just don’t overwhelm yourself.
For most of the colleges on your list, you’ll need a 33 ACT (preferably 34+)
Since you have over a year left, you should join a sport and earn more leadership positions.
Good luck!

Work hard in the coming year to get your UW GPA up, don’t rely solely on the weighting from your AP classes to raise the weighted GPA.

Respectfully disagree with the post above, don’t join a sport in your junior year just to pad your EC list.
Your ECs will be fine - student government/leadership, debate, arts and volunteering. That’s plenty well rounded.

What is your intended major?
Your GPA is indeed in the low side for these schools, but junior is the most important year that is yet to come. My concern is you are going to take 6 APs this year. You may bring up your wGPA this way, but make sure your already low uwGPA would not suffer. You really don’t want anything lower than A- in order to rescue your GPA.
