Chances with AA from a Community College transfer (FSU)

Hey guys, I am extra anxious and nervous.
I get a response in 6-8 weeks to see if I get into my dream school (FSU).
I know the rule in Florida about the community college AA.
But, my major is Psychology and it’s a limited major, meaning FSU has requirements of certain classes which I have met, and another requirement of a 2.8 GPA.
My GPA was a 4.0, but I spent time in the hospital for a whole week and ended up getting 3 Cs that semester and it brought me down all the way to a 3.2GPA. HECTIC!
I will have my AA by fall 2020 (year Im attending FSU). (62 credit hours)
I know it’s not guaranteed admission since it’s a limited access major, but I really would like your insight and see if y’all have ANY IDEA what my chances are.

Thanks so much!

Any feedback would help!

Have you met with the Transfer Advisor at your CC to talk about this? That person should have ideas for you.

They just told me to be patient

Did you have the opportunity to explain in your application the reason for your lower grades that semester? That could possibly make a difference.
