I feel like I'm on the low end but do you think I still have a shot?

Also, I applied early action.

anyone? haha i’m just very anxious right now

Your reading score is low and your GPA is a little bit low, but I think your total package looks competitive. Have faith - you’ll know Thursday when the EA results come out. :-)

Hopefully come out! … unless you heard for sure from somewhere… if so, where?

Thurs the week before Christmas is traditional, but I haven’t heard for sure. They need to keep you in suspense a little. :)

I agree, but sure hope they don’t need the extra time with so many applications this year. I’m not sure either my daughter or I can stand this much longer!!!

I hope it’s thursday! A ton of my friends applied an they all have higher GPA’s than me but its my first choice and i’m probably not gonna get in hahah. I’m so so so nervous

Your GPA is slightly low but you have decent SAT scores so I’m sure other things will compensate : ) My SAT scores aren’t fabulous so I’m pretty nervous. I know how you feel though I know so many people with amazing stats but it is my #1 and it’d suck to not get in and lose the spot to someone with better stats who doesn’t want it as bad  Good luck!!

Thanks! Everyone I know thats applying has a higher GPA than me so I’m really nervous! Also, does it affect my chances at all if I’m applying to the Speech Pathology/Audiology major?

The most I know is that when an NU representative came to my school, she said that you are mostly competing against people applying into the same major as you because they only have a certain amount of seats for each major. I’m not sure if it really is an important factor, but I have heard applying into a less popular major can boost your chances slightly because you have less competition for a seat…if that makes sense lol

Thanks haha do you know anything about the speech path major? Because I know bouve is difficult but I’m not sure about the specific major

No not so much  I applied communications…sorry wish I could help! Hopefully tomorrow we’ll all know ah
