you're probably in.. :)

You can't submit recs or essays. It looks like you have a very good chance of getting in, but you gpa is relativly low, I came into Poly with a 3.9.

mieZo, how do you like SLO so far? How's the food, environment, dorms, etc.? I want to get a more personal perspective. Thanks.

SLO is awsome! It's a tad big conservative(:(). But it is fun! They have good food in town, the campus food isn't bad it is just overpriced. Some of the dorms are nice, if you apply for on campus housing masure you aply to north mountain, non redbrick dorms. Its like a hotel, its quite enjoyable. The women here are incredible! Parties start thursday ngiht for the business majors, but there is always fun stuff to do without drinking. For instance we hike a lot.

anyone familiar with the computer science major? my friend is applying...i cant seem to find it on their website... what kind of stats do those kids have? gpa/ap/sats, etc... thanks

Computer science is exceptional from what i've heard. I'm not in the porgram, but I've heard it's one of the top majors at SLO(behind architecture). I'd say 4.0 Weighted/1300 would be good numbers to shoot for.
