Chances?

-White male from SE Wisconsin. I hope to be a bioengineering major.

4.0 uw GPA (Private Catholic school does not weight nor rank--I have taken the most rigorous course load available.)

ACT composite: 31
English: 34
Math: 33
Reading: 30
Science: 28
Writing: 11

250+ hours as a medical volunteer

Two-time state-qualifier in Cross-Country as an individual (varsity XC for four years, varsity track for three)

various clubs, NHS etc.

NO paid work experience

Have not started the essays yet, but I am a good writer

I have three good recs, if necessary

I have only taken two AP tests which I self-studied and got 5's on both of them. I am taking all the AP classes offered at my school this year.

Is it true that GT only considers combined English/Writing and Math on the ACT? I hope this is true as it will drastically boost my apparent score.

Also, is it ok for me to send in my ACT score before I send in my application?

Thanks.
