Hey guys. I am a senior; I came from Taiwan in my junior year(so I've only been in US for a year), but I won't apply as international. I am planning to double major in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. I heard that UIUC's really great in these, so I want to see if I have a chance...

To say it first that my school won't do weighted GPA and ranking.

GPA:3.81 (I was in top 3% school in Taiwan so it's pretty competitive; we have a standard test)
