Chances?

Hello! I'm not a big fan of revealing my grades, ECs, etc to others (especially over the internet) because I am afraid that it may bring false hope or even worse, disappointment (plus I am not a fan of being "judged.."); however, I am curious on others opinions on this such matter.

So, I am curious if anyone thinks I have a chance of getting accepted into (my number one school) University of Washington, Seattle; University of Wisconsin Madison; UCLA; NYU; Binghamton; University of Southern California; and/or University of Oregon.

Here are my statistics: 26 on my ACT (this is without much practice, I'm taking another one in September.. I am studying daily for this upcoming ACT... Hopefully I will get it up to a 28?) My unweighted GPA: 3.9 My weighted GPA: 4.25 I think my essay(s) will be pretty good. Class Rank: 41/530

I have taken 4 honors classes and 1 AP class since Freshman year and this upcoming year I am taking 4 AP classes (AP Spanish, AP Biology, AP Human Geo, and AP Macroeconomics)

ECs: I am an ACTIVE member of: West Way Ambassadors (A club that helps out new transfer students at my school), Yearbook Club, West Way Announcements (I talk on my school's news) Eco Club, K4C (Kids for a Cure), Students for Students (Prevention of Bullying), and Spanish Honor Society.

Leadership Positions: Co Vice President of Bowling Club (Don't laugh..), President of the Spirit Club, Senior Board of Students for Students.

I have played piano for 7+ years

I just got back from Oxford University Summer School... I studied Medical Biology, Team Building/Leadership, and Experimental Psychology. [Best experience of my LIFE]

Community Service: I donate blood every 6 months, I tutored for a year (3 times a week) children at the local elementary school for a year, I volunteer as a Court Marshall every year at a race to find the cure of skin cancer, I help at the annual elementary school "fun fair"

Awards: Freshman Year- Academic Letter (3.8+ GPA) Sophomore Year- Outstanding Biology Student of the Year, Outstanding Geometry Student of the Year, Gold Bar (3.8+ GPA) Quarterly Departmental Award for Business Education, and the "Matter of Pride" Award for my efforts in Spirit Club to promote enthusiasm and... spirit... in my high school. Junior Year- Outstanding English Student of the Year, Outstanding Chemistry Student of the Year, Departmental Award for AP Psychology, Outstanding US History Student of the Year, and the Gold Bar(3.8 GPA+).

Senior Year... I'm starting my own club... It's called the "feel good, do good club" (FG-DG). It's based on our AP psychology class at school and for promoting well being by using psychology!!

I want to major in (you guessed it) psychology. (or medicine...I can't really decide!)

Side Note: I realize my ECs aren't very "strong" (for example, I didn't play a sport throughout high school, my ACT is low, and that my classes aren't all honors or APs, but hopefully my awards (which represent my hard work) and my increase in a rigorous schedule show that I am dedicated, passionate, and hardworking.

The Final Question: Am I a good candidate for University of Washington, Seattle (DREAM SCHOOL!); University of Wisconsin Madison; UCLA; NYU; Binghamton; University of Southern California; and/or University of Oregon?

Oh and I don't know if this will effect anything, but I'm white from Illinois and I am a triplet!
