<p>You've got a good shot at admission. You have similar stats and extraciricculars that I had, with higher SAT scores (I got in with a 1250). If you get in, please come. It's always nice to have more new yorkers on campus. </p>

<p>I was actually surprised that so many people from our school applied to Oxy. Stuy kids tend to gravitate more towards math & science programs and big name universities, and LACs not so much.</p>
