<p>I got a 2,400 on my Sat's and I have a 4.0+. I am the President of my class. I am the captain of every sports team including the nationally ranked debating team. I help the homeless during the week and orphans on the weekend. I have never read any literature about Rutgers. Do I have a chance?</p>
