Ok so these are cliche but here we go
Virginia(hour south of DC)
4.44 weighted GPA(4.0 uw)
Female
6 APs: bio, us history, stats, gov, apes, and latin
2000 sat score(taking sat subject tests soon)
29 act(retaking)
How are my chances: Richmond, Tech, UVa, VCU, JMU, and Clemson

tech (not-engineering), jmu, vcu, clemson you have in the bag (unless you’ve been expelled or something)

UVa you should be good although the SAT score is not as high as a some others I know that got in (it’s always harder to get into colleges when you live in NOVA vs. rural VA b/c there are more kids up there)

I have heard weird things about U of R admissions (like legacies being rejected and ppl who got into William and Mary being rejected) so I have no idea about that

Tech engineering is also really hard to get into-Your gpa is high enough but idk about your test scores (I don’t know a lot about that)

Good luck!

Thank you so much! UVa is my top(seemingly like every other white girl I know), Fredericksburg is funny because its really right between nova and the real rural areas so its always a toss up, hoping for the best!

They’re all matches except JMU which is a safety. UVa may be a high match. Good luck!

No Problem-I’m sure you’ll do fine! Most of the VA schools are great anyways so it’s hard to not be happy wherever you go!
