There’s a lot of red in that SAT score range</p>

<p>Prep for the test and take it again. While nothing is guaranteed, the gpa is in range and getting the test score up would make you seem a match, to me.</p>

<p>Cool experience and background. I’m sure there’s a good essay topic in your job and/or sports.<br>
Yeah, you are really going to have nail the SAT (2000) to stand a good chance. I’d suggest you prep your butt off and take the ACT as well. </p>

<p>You better write good essays! NCalRent is right, try to do better in the SAT. In reality, there is no way to predict who gets in or not. One of my current roommates was accepted with lower qualifications than yours. He did focus on the essays and found a way to tie most of his experience into them. Now he’s happily cruising (crashing) around UC Davis :wink: </p>
