Chances?

I'm currently a high school junior. taking 2 ap's- Lang., US His. and pre-cal honors as well as three dual enrollment courses
My unweighted GPA is currently 3.2 ; weighted 3.8 It went down in sophomore year because I got c's and d's in an honors and ap course as I was dealing with personal issues and didn't care for school at all at the time, though I passed the ap exam with a 4 in psychology mostly because I've always been interested in psych.
Im going to a high school that is like a dual enrollment program in which I will graduate with both a high school diploma and an a.a degree in 2016. So would that help.
I plan on taking 3 to 4 ap's senior year- Cal AB, Literature, US Gov., and maybe Economics
I dont have any extra curricular activites but I might do key club and national honor society senior year. Would that actually help me get in.
Plan on having at least 200 community service hours.
Have yet to take SAT but am aiming for at least 2040.

What are the chances I get in and what do I need to improve to raise my chances as this is my top university choice.

I had very similar, if not better stats than you when I applied, and I was rejected.
I’m not saying this to discourage you, but what I’ve learned through speaking with UW advisors and peers.
First off, UW doesn’t care for weighted GPAs. They put a lot of emphasis on AP/IB classes, and want someone that can do well in them. The fact that you received C’s and D’s is going to hurt you a lot. Especially if you did well Freshmen/Sophomore year. The downward trend in your grade is not a good sign to any Universities.
Some tips:

Do well senior year, finish strong.

PASS YOUR AP Exams.

1800-2000 SAT (AT LEAST, this score will make you somewhat competitive among the other applicants)

Strong essay. Sometimes the essay portion is overlooked by many applicants, but after speaking with advisors/other applicants, I learned that it is one of the most importance portions. (Mention why you didn’t do well, why you want to go to UW, etc. BE DESCRIPTIVE)
