have visited twice, had a great interview, and a professor is writing a recommendation for me

Be honest thanks

Wow is that a weighted GPA? Top 15%? Must be very competitive. I think you would be a somewhat ok candidate..

Ya the thing is freshman year i could not take honors courses because of middle school curriculum so my strength of schedule puts me in that second decile for rank, but each year I have taken harder courses and done better

any other current students or admitted student have an idea?

wait i am confused. do your gpa in unweighted gpa..

3.823 is unweighted, i dont think we do weighted
Freshman: 3.64
Sophomore: 3.9
Junior: 3.956

Boo New England Patriots

One thing that stands out is your lack of major leadership, such as student government, president of an organization, captain, editor in chief, etc. Academically, with regards to scores and rank, you are towards the lower end. Basically, is there something that really makes you stand out? If not, it's going to be very tough to get in unless you're nearly perfect academically.

NYLC is a scam for money, and colleges might even look down on it. i dont think a summer course counts as an EC. but i think u have a shot

Depends on what scool , if it's something like philips andover, i'd say you're in. Your E.C.'s are kind of "bought" like NYLC , it really doesn't help that much.

p.s. GO PATS we will dominate next year.

ya, we will

Pssst... It's going to be the Cardinals year next year
