Chances?

I'm a junior in high school right now and I toured Emerson in the fall, I really liked the school and am particularly interested in the journalism program.

Would anyone tell me what they think of my chances?

Male, out of state
HS: Fairly reputable private high school

GPA: My school doesn't do GPA or class rankings but I am willing to bet I have a solid 3.5-3.7 GPA.

ECs: Environmental group, Human Rights group, school newspaper, literary magazine submissions. I also do this youth produced community radio thing outside of school and have had pieces aired on NPR stations.

SATs: I haven't recieved my March scores and I plan on taking the SAT as much as I can, I estimate I could have a 580-600 on Math, 620 or so on Reading and around 620 on writing, too.

Tell me what you think. Thanks!

hey; I think your competitive, if I were you I would milk the whole radio thing like crazy. and the applications a ***** but I think a good essay counts for a lot...and also psat's arent a good indicator of SAT's (in my experience anyway) I went up about 200 points on the verbal and a hundred on the math...I bet your in because of the NPR stuff
