Just took June SAT, did some practice and hoping for a 2100- 700s in all 3 sections

One thing: don't have such a myopic view of college selection. 12-78? Really, there are many other great universities that aren't included in the National Colleges ranking, such as liberal arts colleges or state ones that don't have grad programs. I suggest using the matchmaker tool at:

<a href="http://www.collegeboard.com%5B/url%5D">http://www.collegeboard.com</a></p>

I've researched liberal art schools. I don't like them. They are too small and most don't offer full-ride merit aid. The good ones only offer need based and they are too expensive.

You don't seem to realize that many of those in the 12-78 ranking have the same things which you're objecting to. Research them a little deeper.

There are 20 colleges within the range i listed that offer full merit based scholarships. I've done my research.
