Damn, Why is UCI a reach for me? Any tips?

Your test scores do not seem to reflect your GPA.

Unless your school has insane grade inflation, I believe that you can definitely increase your SAT as well as SATII scores (math at least). Study hard, and an 1800+ may just bring you into the match range for UCI.

I bet you can significantly increase your english scores with a good 30-40 hours of studying vocabulary. Find vocab lists online if you are unable to afford those dumb vocab books. (assuming you immigrated not long ago), english may be difficult, but can definitely be worked through! Having lived in america most my life, i can testify that my english was terrible until I went ahead and studied.
