well if anyone ever answers i forgot to add UMich to my list up there

i think you are fine! if you are not too confident about your essay and teacher reccs then maybe take the SAT again but I think you
LeHigh is a match
and so is U of Maryland& U of Wisconsin.
HAve you visited U of Maryland?

Lehigh is match.

well u of maryland ive visited and it was ok.

I think Lehigh is my first choice. Syracuse would be my second choice.

anyone else?

bump (10 chars)

would UMich and Boston College be huge reaches?

Not at all, kid from my school got into UMich with a 3.3 gpa and a 1200 on sats.

well I know if I apply ER i'll have a better chance of getting in.

Would it matter if I send in my applications early for Lehigh and Syracuse, but not for ED, just early. Would I have a better chance of getting in? Cuz I already sent them both in.

Slugger...Are you sure about that UMIch stat? Assuming the "kid from your school" is OOS, did he/she have legacy status or some hook? GPA is below even in-state UMICH stats as are SAT's (unless you go to some private feeder school.....)...

You shouldn't have any problems getting to any of those schools.

yeah it seems a little ...unbelievable for an OOS, but whatever.

any more thoughts?
